Sushimotos was founded by Chef Edward Metcalfe when he decided to combine his passion for teaching with his desire to deliver the best in custom culinary offerings to his clients. And Chef Ed chose this location as a backdrop for his work because proximity and access to the freshest ingredients and products, whether it is produce grown in private gardens, breads and staples from the farmers' markets, or Albacore tuna and Dungeness crab from the local fish monger. 

 

The Sushimotos team is passionate about creating a memorable experience for all clients, whether it is a catered meal, a tasting experience or an educational culinary course. With a combined team experience of over 37 years of owning and operating restaurants, teaching and orchestrating events in the food and wine worlds, and a deep commitment to the community, Sushimotos excels at creating truly unique culinary experiences.
