About the Event


1st  Chilled pea miso gazpacho/ ceviche/ chili oil

2nd Seasonal Japanese salad

3rd-4th Same plate: 4 pieces of sashimi (Sea Trout, Albacore, Hokkaido scallop, Kampachi) and 3 pieces of nigiri (Bluefin tuna, Hamachi and Salmon).

5th- Sunshine roll: Tuna and salmon, basil, orange segments, avocado, cucumbers, topped with sweet soy and crispy shallots
