About the Event
1st Course: chilled pea miso gazpacho/ceviche/chili oil
2nd Course: seasonal Japanese salad
3rd & 4th Course (same plate): 4 pieces of sashimi (Sea Trout, Albacore, Hokkaido scallop, Kampachi) and 3 pieces of nigiri (Bluefin Tuna, Hamachi and Salmon).
5th Course: Sunshine Roll (tuna and salmon, basil, orange segments, avocado, cucumbers, topped with sweet soy and crispy shallots)
