Chef Edward Metcalfe has been drinking sake since the age of 16. Ok, not really; from the age of 26! But in all seriousness, Chef is an expert who has studied all of the different styles, classifications, and methods of what makes a "good" sake. Similar to any wine connoisseur's perspective, sake is really a reflection of each individual palette and preference. In Sushimotos' sake tasting and education classes, we will walk you through a tasting of three different styles of sake, where we will discuss and provide tasting notes on what makes each one unique and special.
