About the Event
Chef Ed of Sushimotos has created a fun-filled summer menu. Join Rick and Jessica who will supply their amazing selections of beverages ranging from great sakes, ciders, sparkling and wines. Come join the fun.
1st Course- Shrimp ceviche, Chilled avocado and cilantro soup, Chili oil and creme fraiche
2nd Course-Summer Heirloom tomato and cucumber salad- miso dressing
3rd. Course- Grilled Marinated wild hamachi, ponzu, with a cabbage Thai slaw.
Fourth Course- Marinated Hoisin, Ginger chicken, over dirty rice.
