1st Course: golden beet puree/sunomono salad/pickled seaweed/crispy shallots

2nd Course: chicken and tofu skewers/sweet soy glaze/green onions/kimchi

Main: pork belly ramen or miso tahini ramen (vegetarian)

Dessert: Chef's surprise
