About the Event
This will be a four-course menu-
1st. Course- Seasonal Salad
2nd Course- Grilled chicken Yakitori skewer/ sweet soy glaze/Asian slaw
3rd- Pork Belly ramen/ roasted corn/ bokchoy/green onions/ shiitake mushrooms/ soft ramen egg with our tender pork belly
4th- Flourless chocolate cake berry coulis
