About the Event
Come, Â join us for our Winter Ramen series at Pomme cider tasting room. Â There is no better pairing than Ramen and sake or cider. Â Â But if you want wine of course you can get that as well. Â Â Â Â This is a 3 course Ramen dinner.
1st Course- Japanese Cous Cous salad with kale, edamame, carrots and a miso lemon emulsion.
2nd. Course- Vietnamese Pork Meatballs glazed with sweet chili
3rd Course- Pork Belly Ramen- Hearty delicious house broth, pork belly, corn, ramen soft egg, green onions.
