1st course: local cucumber sunomono salad/golden beet puree/seaweed/rice vinegar
2nd course: seared local albacore/edamame pesto/local tomato and citrus relish
3rd course: nigiri combo 3pc. (kelp cured hiramae, sea trout, bluefin tuna)
4th course: Sushimotos roll (real crab, smoked salmon, avocado, citrus, topped with micro basil)
