About the Event

Sushimotos Sushi Class

Craft  enticing, sustainable sushi that is sure to wow your guests and excite  your taste buds. Struggling with sushi-making, despite YouTube  tutorials? Uncertain about sushi rice selection or sourcing quality  salmon? Your culinary journey concludes with Chef Ed Metcalfe and his  team from Sushimotos. Learn and excel, creating a Sushimotos Roll that  will make our mouths water. Discover how to create your own fresh, spicy  tuna and slice fish with expertise for your rainbow roll. No sushi  experience is required. This is your chance to shine, create and savor.  Roll, enjoy, and earn accolades as you share your sushi masterpieces.

The  run time of our classes is 1hr 45min to 2hr long. This involves  learning how to make sushi rice, dashi stock & miso soup. The chef  reviews the basics of Japanese ingredients. Where to source these  ingredients and a recipe guide. The day starts with Miso soup and our chef does the instructions & example rolling while guests enjoy the soup.  Buy your ticket at our website - ● Events | SUSHIMOTOS

2 people per station. These 2 will take turns making their rolls.

1.   Students make 2 full rolls, either a rainbow roll, a California roll,  or a spicy tuna roll. They will also learn how to make a hand roll or a  Futomaki roll. They get to choose which they want to make. Veggie  options are available.

3.  Knife Waiver – This needs to be signed before class starts. I can email you this  form to have signed before or students can sign before entering the  class.
