Join us at our favorite tasting room on the plaza! Seating is limited with a early bird at 5:30 and a second seating at 7:30 pm. Menu is cultivated by the season.

1st course- heirloom Japanese tomato gazpacho/white soy/miso paste/yuzu and finished with crispy rice croutons

2nd course- 5 pc sashimi (Blue fin, Albacore, hamachi)

3rd course- seasonal salad (baby arugula/roasted golden beets/endive/halibut crudo/black sesame orange vinaigrette)

4th course- 3 pc nigiri (sea trout/kampachi/big eye tuna)

5th course- Capo roll (crab, smoked salmon, avocado, lemon and arugula)
