Come join us at this amazing event space.   We will be doing a 5-course Tapas menu..... Inspired by the seasons and the fresh bounty of local Sonoma County availability.    Three of the courses will be inspired by a local Sauvignon Blanc with three different producers.  The next three courses will be inspired by a Pinot Noir and also by three local producers.   

Sushimotos and Sugarloaf Wine Co. is coming off much success of our first event held on 4/5 which was our live sushi bar.... Thanks to everyone who came out for this.  We look forward to seeing you at the Tapas night.

Amuse- Smoked Salmon/Persian cucumbers/ dill aioli

1st.Course- Kombu cured Kampachi/ Parsley puree/ Ponzu/ Basil oil

2nd. Course-Homemade Burrata - Baby Arugula with Moscatel Vinaigrette - Local Honey and Toast Points

3rd. Course- Dungeness Crab and Spinach Croquette - Saffron Beurre Blanc - Dill and Caper Pesto

4th. Course- Grilled Lamb Loin Medallion - Minted Pea and Fava Bean Puree - Toasted Cumin Greek Yogurt - Harissa Oil

5th. Course- Hanger steak/ Foie Gras butter/ pea shoots
