About the Event
3 course menu-
1.Sunomono salad with carrot and ginger puree, micro basil
2. Wing's roll- Smoked salmon, real crab, avocado, lemon, lemon aioli.
3. Pork belly ramen bowl- Roasted corn, shiitake mushrooms, baby bok choy, soft ramen egg, green onions and slow cooked pork belly.
Additional sushi bar menu items to order. We recommend buying a ticket for our 3 course menu, this will guarantee you a seat and 3 courses. The drink menu will be from Wing's to order, beer, wine and sake. Drinks separate from the 3-course menu.
